Jon Rolph Managing Director

Jon joined talkbackTHAMES as Head of Scripted Comedy in August 2011. Jon is responsible for driving the scripted comedy business forward including finding, developing and nurturing new writing talent.
Carlene King Head of Production

Carlene started as a Floor Assistant at the BBC twenty years ago. She's worked her way up via the production route as a Location Manager and 1st and 2nd Assistant Director, before becoming a Line Producer. She's worked in pretty much all genres including comedy, drama and children's television, on The Inbetweeners, Mistresses and Horrible Histories to name but a few, but it’s her love of comedy that’s landed her at Retort's door.
